Be sure to ask us about our favorite restaurants, tour guides, shopping locations and more! Time Transportation, accommodations, detailed itineraries and more are all handled by an expert. Simply tell us your budget and destinations and we’ll do all the work for you. Rates & Upgrades Travelers don’t pay a fee to work with our agents and won’t pay higher rates when working with us. In fact, oftentimes it’s the opposite. Because of our relationships, we have access to rates and upgrades that the average client does not. 24/7 Access We are available day or night, before, during and after your trip. In the event of an emergency, a delay or an unexpected disruption, our agents are there to reroute, rebook and get you where you need to be.
  • WHY SHOULD I USE A TRAVEL AGENT TO BOOK A VACATION?
    A travel agent takes all of the headache out of planning a trip and handles virtually all aspects of your travel, at absolutely no cost to you.   • WILL I PAY MORE IF I BOOK THROUGH A TRAVEL AGENT?
    No, there is no fee for our vacation planning services as the travel vendors involved recognize our value and compensate us from the gross amount paid (what you would have paid even without our assistance). There is absolutely no additional cost for booking through Above The Palm Trees Travel we are here to save you money and get you the best value for your trip possible!
  • DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
    Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your travel investment. Due to Covid-19 an increasing number of countries are now requiring mandatory proof of medical insurance/travel insurance for travelers entering their country. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Most importantly, is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with travel insurances. Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans.
  • DO YOU BOOK GROUP TRAVEL?
    YES! We specialize in coordinating large group travel for events like family reunions, multi-generational family trips, destination weddings, business conferences, and sports/dance team events. We have access to booking blocks and group discounts. Let us take the stress off of the “lead planner” by being the point person for all traveling parties. I coordinate travelers’ individual and group plans and keep communication flowing between parties! We help handle all the little details to ensure that you operate successfully and smoothly without having to worry!
  • DO YOU HELP WITH SPECIAL NEEDS?
    I firmly believe that travel should be accessible to everyone, so I strive to remove barriers and coordinate services for my clients. This may be accomplished by providing mobility devices and medical equipment, coordinating dining with food allergies, or making accommodations for sensory needs.
  • HOW DO I KNOW I CAN TRUST THIS TRAVEL VENDOR?

We choose to work only with known, reliable providers in order to maintain a high standard of quality service.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL?
    Call us right away. If it’s after normal business hours, please contact the next involved travel supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line) to cancel any reservations you will not be able to use. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact the insurance company’s 24-hour line to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THERE IS A $50 CANCELLATION FEE
